OTANI is a prominent manufacturer of Truck Bus Radial and Bias Tires in South East Asia. These tires are meant for different applications including long-haul, on and off-road, and mixed driving conditions. OTANI considers using superior technological and production techniques that increase customer satisfaction.

The OTANI brand was established by the Otani Tire Co. Limited, a Thai-based manufacturer of various types of commercial bias tires, tubes, flaps and pre-cure tread for retread. The company started production of the 45/65-45 tires in 2008, with the offering being the biggest tire that industry players not only in Thailand but across the entire South East Asia region could produce.

At the beginning of 2016, we installed 385 / 65R22,5 Otani OH-102 on the  semi-trailer tank on the middle axle. In December 2018 the mileage of this tire was 484,000 km with a remain tread depth of 8 mm. A similar good result we achieved with 315 / 70R22,5 Otani OH-301. This tire participated  a comparative test with a Continental tire and showed 60,000 km more mileage in the test.

Good handling. Strong shoulder ribs resist uneven wear and improve resistance against damages. First 50000 km on the front steer axle and than on the mega trailer. Unfortunatly not a verry easy equilibration, resulting some vibration in the wheel. Verry good load index for the trailer.

The tire showed excellent performance when operating in road and off-road conditions. It has increased traction. Not subject to tread cuts when turning on construction sites and loading in quarries. It is made in full size, which minimizes lateral rolling and reduces fuel consumption up to 2 liters per 100 kilometers, extends the life of the vehicle undercarriage system.
